Premium Wedding Package : $3,000
Our Premium Wedding Package is the most extravagant we offer at the Yuengling Mansion. This package includes the most time for set-up and tear-down, the most time for the event itself, and our newly-renovated Bridal Suite. With SCCA's Premium Wedding Package, it will be certain to fulfill every bride's dream!
Please be advised that there is a cleaning security deposit due 2 weeks prior to the event for $250.00. This security deposit will be refunded if cleanup is satisfactory to SCCA. This can be taken in the form of cash or check.
SCCA will have staff onsite during access hours to the facility. Our staff's responsibilities include overseeing the historical integrity of the property. SCCA employees are not event staff; it is your responsibility to supply staffing for your event.
Day before wedding :
Access to the SCCA facility at an agreed upon time during business hours one day before the event. Time allotted for set-up in Premium Package is 3 hours. Additional hours for set up can be purchased for $100/hour.
*This does NOT include a rehearsal dinner event.
Day of wedding :
One 6 hour time block for the event (time to be coordinated with SCCA).
- Includes Bridal Suite on the 2nd floor
Access to facilities 2 hours prior to the event for additional set-up and bridal suite access (time to be coordinated with SCCA).
*Additional time may be added to your event for $150/hour.
*All event activities including entertainment and food service must be concluded no later then 10pm.
Clean up day of :
All food and beverages must be disposed of or put away in proper receptacles. The outside grounds need to be free of debris, personal items, and linens.
Clean up day after :
Access to the SCCA facilities for clean-up the next day beginning at an agreed upon time during regular business hours. Time allotted for clean-up in the Premium Package is 2 hours. If the 2 hour time block is exceeded, you will be responsible for an additional $100/hour.
*The renter must coordinate with caterers and rental companies to set up and break down within the agreed upon time with the SCCA and the renter.
*Clean up requirements are to remove all items brought in by the renter for the event, such as personal items, food and decor. Breakdown of SCCA tables and chairs will be handled by SCCA staff.
