Service Description
Playwright Tyler Joseph Rossi will lead the students through an exploration on writing for theater. Using examples of historical plays, groundbreaking modern theatrical pieces such as Hamilton, and his own produced works as topics of discussion, Rossi will embolden students to learn how to work with and break the mold to tell their own stories. Students will complete this class with an understanding of theatrical writing, techniques for developing story, character, and conflict, as well as their own complete 10-minute play that will be developed in class.
